For many people the Sunday Eucharist or Mass is either pretty mystifying or simply something we do, without real knowledge of why we ‘do it’ – doing it by rote or by habit. Often we have not been taught the deep and beautiful meaning behind the ceremony itself and, more importantly, how we may personally participate in the meaning. This workshop will explore the little discussed symbolism, inner meaning and personal participation in the rite that brings Heaven to Earth and Earth to Heaven.
