The Inner Compass is a three-hour, in-person workshop and book-signing gathering designed to offer something rare right now:
practical, embodied tools for navigating change with steadiness, presence, and inner guidance.
This experience introduces Aroma Point Therapy, a simple yet powerful method that combines essential oils with specific acupuncture points to create rapid, meaningful shifts in the nervous system, emotional state, and sense of orientation.
You don’t need prior experience with essential oils, acupuncture, or energy work. Everything taught is accessible, grounded, and immediately usable in daily life.

• Eight essential oils chosen specifically for navigating change, grief, uncertainty, and emerging vision

• How to create short, 90-second Aroma Point sequences that can shift your state quickly and effectively
• How to work with change without forcing resolution, bypassing emotion, or waiting for certainty

Tiffany Carole MS, EAMP is an author, entrepreneur, and innovator in the healing arts, and the creator of Aroma Point Therapy, a soul-centered modality practiced by individuals and practitioners around the world.
Her background includes extensive study in biochemistry, evolutionary biology, naturopathic and Chinese medicine, along with 20 years of clinical practice in Chinese medicine outside Seattle. For nearly two decades, Tiffany has taught internationally, including at the university level, translating complex healing systems into simple, embodied practices that support meaningful change.
She is the author of The Inner Nature of Essential Oils and Essential Oils as Guides for Metamorphosis, and is known for her future-oriented work at the intersection of science, soul, and creative emergence.
