"Opening Up the Heart" is the first workshop of five in Picaflor Life Energy's version of the shamanic Medicine Wheel - The Circle of Light. Each workshop also works as a separate unit so you are warmly welcome to join us when you feel the calling! The Circle of Light is a deeply healing inner journey where you get the chance to meet and embrace all parts of yourself in order to be able to live fully as YOU here on earth, whole, one with nature and the universe.
In these workshops we share the wisdom of the Q'ero shamans in Peru (descendants of the Incas) and the shamans of the Amazon, blended with our own experiences and the healing gifts that we have come here to explore and share in this life. Our days together are filled with deeply healing initiations (energy transmissions) through Gong- and Crystal Sound Meditations, Qi Gong to the tones from gongs and crystal instruments, talking, sharings, energy work in couples, individual energy work and ceremonies outdoors in the beautiful nature around Løken Gård.
In this first workshop, "Opening Up the Heart", we step into the South of the medicine wheel and connect with the Serpent, the great healer. You learn how to shed your past as easily and smoothly as the snake sheds its skin and you start remembering how to walk softly here on earth, in our Garden of Eden, seeing all the beauty.
During these days you will begin to source from the future, from the stars. You will reconnect with your origin in the stars through our transmissions of the energy frequencies of some of the stars in the star constellation of the Pleiades. This will make it easier for you to receive information and energetic nourishment from the future in stead of being tied to and held back by the past. And to start dreaming a new future - for yourself, for the world, for the universe.
You will get to know the Wiracocha, your highest light. How to connect to it, how to use it as a filter, how to expand it and let it spread out to your surroundings and the whole world.
You will open up your heart for the original light of love through one of the three great initiations of the Q'ero Shamans - The Initiation of the Heart - in a guided Gong and Crystal Sound Meditation and through Soul Journey Qigong 1 to the tones of gongs and crystal instruments.
You will also learn a bit about the three different worlds, our inner worlds: the under world (the subconscious you), the middle world (the conscious you) and the upper world (the superconscious you).
We follow the energy processes in the group and what comes to us from the world and the universe. This means that we can never say beforehand exactly what will come up in each workshop but, as you can see, we have a basic structure.
During these days you will be given a set of tools to work with at home. This way you can continue your own magical journey to get to know every part of yourself, nature and the universe.

LEADERS: Bjørn and Maria Løken. Bjørn is a shaman, a sound healer, a professional musician, Professor Emeritus of Percussion at the Norwegian Academy of Music and a Certified Kundalini Yoga teacher. Maria is a shaman, a sound healer, the creator of Soul Journey Qi Gong 1-3 and a Certified Instructor of Medical Qigong according to the Biyun method.

DATES AND TIME: 5-8 March 2026. We start at 10:00 on Thursday and finish at 15:00 on Sunday afternoon. There will be evening work during the workshop.

INVESTMENT: 5440 NOK/SEK. For students, pensionist and you who are on sick leave, the price is 4900 NOK/SEK. And for you who are repeating the workshop the price is 4000 NOK/SEK!

We will then e-mail our bank account number to you so that you can pay a registration fee of 1300 NOK/SEK to secure a spot on the workshop. This amount will later be deducted from the final bill.
