What to Bring?

Come exactly as you are - nervous, excited, frustrated, indifferent - I promise you are in great hands. Bring a water bottle, a journal and pen (incase you have any insights you want to jot down for yourself), a blanket to curl up in and a small / flat-ish pillow (optional.)

Please wear whatever you are most cosy and comfortable in.

Our session starts at 6PM - Please arrive 10 mins prior in order to get settled on the mat.
