Presenter BIO
John Launius, CHt, CPTD, is CEO of Shihan Wellness and Shihan Consultants. He serves as an Executive Talent Development Coach, Organizational Culture Consultant, and Peak Performance Facilitator. Additionally, John is a certified "Kōmoto" (Master of Ceremonies) in the centuries-old Japanese tradition of incense appreciation (Kōdō). He offers The Incense Journey™ for groups, The Personal Incense Journey, and therapeutic fragrance hypnosis for individuals. He is a certified hypnotist by the National Guild of Hypnotists (NGH.)

Cancellation and Refund Policy for The Incense Journey®
We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as accommodating as possible while maintaining the integrity of our events. Please review the policy below before purchasing your ticket:
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled event to be eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations received less than 24 hours before the event are not eligible for a refund, due to the preparation and material costs involved.
Refund Process
- To request a refund, please do so through Eventbrite or contact YENology® at [email protected] with your full name and order details.
- Approved refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
No-Show Policy
- Guests who do not attend the event and fail to notify YENology® in advance will not receive a refund.
