Mental health at workplace promotes employee’s well-being by recognising the signs of mental distress. By understanding mental health issues, it helps by reducing stigma, enhances productivity, improves communication, and decreases absenteeism and turnover.

Mental health training ensures that employers meet their duty of care aligning with regulations and best practice.

Mental health training helps employees develop resilience, enabling them to adapt to change, overcome challenges, and maintain positive outlook.

Guest speaker: Kerry Tonks

Kerry has innate passion for helping businesses and communities to thrive through Mental Health, Menopause & Neurodiversity.

As Instructor Trainer with MHFA, she has seven years of experience of Adult Mental Health Training.

Her extensive experience of supporting others in crisis, and her passion and knowledge of health and wellbeing, provides people with real understanding using practical tools to empower them.

She has trained delegates from range of corporate, public, education such as:-

  • Bromford Housing
  • McLaren Racing Team
  • NHS
  • DWP
  • West Midlands Police
