Cocktail Hour | Hors d'Oeuvres Display: Artisan Cheese Board - Domestic and international cheeses presented with toasted pita chips, gourmet crackers, and flatbreads
Plated Dinner | Guest choice of entree: Sauteed Chicken Breast with Tuscan Herb Sauce or Carved Honey & Rosemary Roasted Pork Loin with Bourbon Bacon Jam. Entrees include seasonal salad, parmesan encrusted baby baker potatoes, fresh vegetables, bakery fresh rolls with butter, Caribou coffee, iced tea, water and dessert (chocolate beyond reason cake & caramel apple torte).
Late Night Snack | Pizza will be available at the hors d'oeuvres table at 9pm. Grab a slice and enjoy dueling pianos entertainment by Howl at the Moon!
