The IEEE NSU Student Branch is delighted to host its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on December 14 2025 at 6 PM. The meeting will be held at Audi 801, North South University. The purpose of the AGM is to update the members on upcoming events. A discussion will be held about the distribution of workflow among the members of each team where the attendees will also get to voice their ideas. Moreover, the planning for the mega flagship event, Student Professional Awareness Conference (SPAC) 2025, will be thoroughly discussed. It is the biggest flagship event of IEEE NSU SB that helps to bridge the gap between academia and industry.
Attendance is mandatory, and everyone is requested to attend the meeting on time to ensure effective communication and proper distribution of work among all the members.
