About this Event
Hybrid Games 2025 Event Descriptions: This year, the Hybrid Games will feature 4 separate events, including two official Hyrox Challenges. We will be introducing a new, dynamic scoring system. Prizes will be awarded to our top 3 Male and Female Finishers, including, but not limited to, AmazFit gear, Small Group Training Packs, and Championship Banners. All participants will also be eligible for raffle prizes.

In no particular order, here is a general description of the events.
The HYROX Power Challenge:
A combination of DB Walking Lunges and Thrusters.
The HYROX Engine Challenge:
A combination of Running, Ski Erg, and Row Erg.
The Push-Pull:
A shorter, more explosive event featuring sled push, Sled pull and bench press.
The Wall:
100 Wall Balls, For Time.
