Overview
This two-day, in-person seminar is based on the work Dianetics: The Modern Science of Mental Health, a long-standing New York Times bestseller.
The seminar explores how past experiences can continue to influence present-day thoughts, emotions, and reactions — often without conscious awareness. Participants are introduced to the core ideas of Dianetics and how these ideas relate to stress, fears, emotional responses, and behaviour.
Over the course of the weekend, attendees are guided by trained Dianetics specialists through a structured programme combining clear explanations, film presentations, and practical exercises. The seminar is designed to be approachable and supportive, with opportunities to ask questions throughout.
