The Hotdish is back for year 5 and even has an extra day! This is a gravel event held in Winona, MN. There’s 3 courses to choose from on Saturday, the 50k, 100k, and the 100 miler. The OG day. Then on Sunday we have a 60 mile route for everyone to ride in the driftless! All of them feature beautiful bluff views and Hotdish served at the end of the ride.
