THE HORSE: Moving into 2026 -- A Therapist-Led Intention Setting Workshop

Join us for part 2 of our series. Once space has been created, momentum can follow. The Horse: Moving Into 2026 is an in-person, therapist-led workshop focused on values-based goal setting, direction, and sustainable forward movement as you enter the new year.

Inspired by the symbolic theme of the Horse—often associated with energy, strength, and purposeful movement—this workshop helps you translate clarity into action without hustle, pressure, or perfectionism. Zodiac symbolism is used only as a reflective framework; no prior knowledge or belief is required. This is a structured, psychoeducational experience designed to help you set intentions and goals that align with your real life, capacity, and nervous system.

Note: You do not need to attend part 1 (THE SNAKE) to be able to attend part 2 (THE HORSE), but it is highly encouraged to feel the entire experience.
