Let’s jump into October with another edition of The Hope Fair. The little kids are off to school, and adults are back at The Hope Fair! The pop-up market and trade show featuring Thailand’s artisans and entrepreneurs is hosting its after-summer event on October 5th at the AVANI Sukhumvit. The time to treat yourself has come. The Hope Fair partners with small and medium local enterprises and is an alternative shopping experience for conscious shoppers. The event will have 100 booths showcasing products and/or services that promote responsible consumption including goods that are locally made, sustainable, or fair trade to promote better social and economic development, and enhance community health and wellbeing.
From 11 am to 8 pm, shoppers can enjoy gourmet food, fashion, cosmetics, decoration, kids' educational games and accessories, and much more! Drop by for lunch and browse through the handcrafted wares or even after work for a cheeky glass of wine while you load up on goodies.
To reduce the inequality gap and urban poverty, all vendors participating in the event also support underprivileged children by donating to the Mercy Center, which provides education and community services in Klongtoey.
