Join us at the United States Naval Academy Cemetery to lay hand-crafted commemorative tokens at interment locations of fallen heroes, pause for a moment of reflection, and honor them.Please note that your registration as a volunteer indicates you are available to serve rain or shine on Saturday, May 16, as part of The Honor Project.
IMPORTANT USNA ACCESS INFORMATION:
Due to increased security measures, any volunteer 17 years of age or older who does not already have a DoD ID card or DBIDS access to the U.S. Naval Academy must complete a background check to take part in the event.
FORM SUBMISSION:
You must fill in and sign the SECNAV 5512/1 form and submit it to:

TO GET EVENT FORM:
please DM us with your email address and we will send it to you as it is specific to our TMF event.
DEADLINE TO SUBMIT FORM: 5PM Friday, April 24th—forms submitted after this date/time cannot be accepted due to processing.
FORM SIGNATURE REQUIREMENT:
Your signature on the form cannot be an e-signature--you must print the form out, complete it, and manually sign it before scanning and submitting via email.
