Sound Meditation (often known as ‘sound healing’) is the practice of listening to soothing sounds to reach profound states of clarity and relaxation. It opens up deep meditative states that are usually unreachable without considerable effort.

During the event, participants lie down and are bathed head to toe in sound— it's a very hypnotic, ethereal experience.

You will come away with a clear mind and a deeper appreciation for the wonder of sound.

We strongly recommend this event for people who have trouble meditating, or feel like they just "can't get there." Give this a try .

Sound Meditation Presents
Created by the same crew from 'The Sound Healing Symphony' at Grace Cathedral, 'Sound Meditation at the Conservatory of Flowers', and more. We've been featured in NBC Today, SF Chronicle, CBS News and more. Our mission is to popularize the practice of intentional relaxation and sound baths.

We teach sound baths & sound meditation, so this practice can spread across our community.
