The Holding Space is a locally-rooted collaboration designed to provide a physical and emotional sanctuary for those navigating the complexities of fertility.
By blending the somatic, breath-centered wisdom of Krystal L. Pinckney (Embodied By Me) with the raw, advocacy-driven truth of Brittney Jackson (Fertility Ain’t Fair), we have created a series that honors the whole person.
We aren't just here to talk.
We are here to move
To learn.
To regulate.

To hold space for the reality of your experience.
What to Expect
This is more than a yoga class.
It is a comprehensive resource circle.
Each session is intentionally curated to help you reconnect with a body that may feel like it’s failing you, while equipping you with the knowledge to navigate the path ahead.
- Somatic Movement: Trauma-informed gentle yoga and embodiment practices led by Krystal to help regulate the nervous system and release stored tension, grief, and anxiety often held in the hips and heart.
- Empowered Education: Real-talk and advocacy tools led by Brittney to help you find your voice in clinical settings and understand your rights and options.
- Community Connection: A safe, in-person environment to meet others who truly "get it," no explanations required and community resources provided.
