Mae’r Hit Parade yn dychwelyd gyda sioe llwyfan a theatr newydd sbon. Yn flaenorol yn sioe deyrnged i gerddoriaeth Paul Weller, maen nhw’n ôl gyda llythyr cariad newydd i oes aur cerddoriaeth, y 1960au.
Mae hon yn deyrnged wych i gyfnod pan oedd cerddoriaeth yn gymysgedd o syniadau newydd, arbrofi ac alawon amserol. Mae’r sioe yn llawn caneuon poblogaidd sy’n siŵr o greu noson na fyddwch chi’n ei hanghofio. O ganeuon safonol Merseybeat, hyd at grooves Motown/Northern Soul sy’n plesio’r dorf a phopeth rhyngddynt, mae cynulleidfaoedd yn cael dros ddwy awr o gerddoriaeth y 60au.
Gan ddefnyddio lluniau a deunydd archif, mae’r sioe’n dechrau’r foment y mae’r gynulleidfa’n camu i mewn i’r ardal berfformio wrth i’r band eich cludo’n ôl mewn amser i fwynhau taith i lawr lôn atgofion cyn i’r prif ddigwyddiad ddechrau.

The Hit Parade return with a brand new stage and theatre show. Formerly a tribute show to the music of Paul Weller, they are back with a new love letter to the golden era of music, the 1960’s.

This is a fab tribute to a time when music was a mixing pot of new ideas, experimentation and timeless melodies. The show is packed full of hits that are sure to deliver a night you won’t forget. From Merseybeat standards, through to the crowd pleasing grooves of Motown/Northern Soul and everything in between, audiences are in for over two hours of solid 60’s magic.

Using archive footage and material, the show starts the moment audiences step in to the performance area as the band transport you back in time to enjoy a trip down memory lane before the main event begins.

The ensemble is made up of some of the UK’s most prolific and professional touring musicians with decades of combined experience between them. To complete the line up, The Hit Parade feature a three-piece brass section comprising of the most sought after players in the country.

Audiences can be sure that they will see a show that is suitable for all ages and everyone is welcome to join the gang as they travel back in time with a swinging soundtrack.
