Guests will begin with a charcuterie board and PepperBerry loaf, followed by shared mains including wild mushroom risotto, roasted butternut pumpkin, Humpty Doo barramundi, 15-hour braised beef cheek and pork belly, served with seasonal greens.
The evening concludes with a shared cheese board.
