Many neurodivergent women and teen girls look fine on the outside while quietly carrying so much underneath. What can look like coping, pushing through, being mature, staying quiet, keeping the peace, or holding it all together can sometimes be masking. And over time, that can come with exhaustion, pressure, burnout, disconnection, and a growing sense that something is hard to explain but not okay.
This conversation is for neurodivergent women who see themselves in that experience, and for moms who are beginning to wonder if their teen daughter may be carrying more than anyone realizes.
Join us for a warm, compassionate discussion about the hidden cost of masking and what may be going on beneath the surface. We will explore how masking can show up in women and teen daughters, why it is often missed, and why understanding it through a more supportive lens can bring so much relief.
Whether you are seeing these patterns in yourself, your daughter, or both, we hope this conversation helps you feel more seen, more informed, and less alone.
