Who is this for?
You don't need any experience in yoga or breathwork to join this experience, as long as you are reasonably mobile and active. All are welcome. Our amazing teachers, Keren and Keira, are amongst the best in Cornwall, so they can adapt and challenge you if you are a more seasoned yogi. Some of the workshops will focus on particular aspects of yoga practice, and you are free to opt in and out as you wish.

What will you be doing?
Across the weekend of unhurried days with Forever Cornwall, you’ll enjoy:
🌿 Morning energising yoga to awaken the body and mind.
🌿 Restorative afternoon and evening sessions.
🌿 Transformational breathwork. Have you tried it?
🌿 Yin yoga, mantra and yoga nidra.
🌿 Fully catered with delicious vegetarian meals cooked by our retreat chef.
🌿 Optional walks through woodlands and along peaceful Helford creeks and coastline.
🌿 Plenty of free time to rest, read, wander or simply breathe.
Your facilitators and hosts:
In our practice, we’ll be guided by two of Cornwall’s leading facilitators, Keren Cooksey (yoga) and Keira Jose (breathwork). You’ll be hosted by one of the Forever Cornwall team, on hand to make sure the retreat flows smoothly.
Key details:
🌿 Small group limited to 12 participants.
🌿 Fully catered with evening meals, breakfasts, lunches, plus boosts and drinks as required.
🌿 Fully hosted throughout by Forever Cornwall.
🌿 Arrival: Friday, between 4pm and 5pm.
🌿 First session: Gentle welcoming yoga from 5.30–6.30pm on arrival day.
🌿 Saturday and Sunday schedule: Morning practice, midday workshops or walks, restful afternoons, and calming evening sessions. Structured but relaxed.
🌿 Final morning practice: Monday, 7.30am
🌿 Departure: Monday, by 10am
🌿 Additional accommodation nights can be booked through to Friday 27th.
Where you’ll stay:
You’ll stay in one of our beautifully restored barns, cottages or the farmhouse at Kestle Barton — warm, spacious and wrapped in countryside calm. Rooms are twins or doubles, with the option to share, join as a group, or book a space exclusively.
Food:
This is a fully catered weekend, with delicious vegetarian meals cooked by our retreat chef — colourful, nourishing, seasonal dishes that support your practice.
The location:
Kestle Barton sits on the edge of Frenchman’s Creek, surrounded by wildflower meadows, woodland paths and big skies. It’s a deeply calming setting that encourages slow mornings, thoughtful movement and deep rest.

What happens next - the balance, and refunds:
Once we have your registration we'll send a full information pack, personally discuss the best room options for you, and answer any further questions. The deposit is fully refundable if you change your mind within 72 hours. The balance is payable two weeks before the retreat date and is not-refundable after that time.
Additional nights:
If you want to stay on to enjoy the area, additional nights can be booked after the Monday for £50 pppn, £75 per couple, subject to availability. Ask us about availabilty once you have reserved, or phone 01326 567838, or email us.
