A winter solstice sound bath celebrating our journey from darkness to light. A special evening honoring the longest night of the year and preparing for the returning light. We will focus on calming the nervous system, releasing old patterns, and setting intentions for the coming season, fostering a sense of inner harmony, peace and community in a setting that radiates magic. Create a comfortable cocoon with blankets and pillows, you are encouraged to bring personal items to enhance the experience. Enjoy the soothing sounds of crystal & Himalayan singing bowls, gongs & chimes, vocals and other soulful instruments. Be guided by vocal humming and chanting to connect to inner vibrations of the hearth/heart making space for this season of transition and renewal.
