Join Denise from Lighthouse Grief Coaching & Therapeutic Art, in a creative Grief workshop on Friday, May 1, in honour of Beltane. A time of healing and renewal.It’s a powerful time for remembrance, reflection, and honouring those we love who are no longer physically here.
In this workshop, participants will take part in a gentle Heart Mapping exercise, where they visually map their heart through words, colours, and symbols that represent the people, memories, and experiences that continue to live within them. The Heart Map becomes a meaningful visual reminder of that connection.
