What happens when we stop trying to "fix" each other and start truly listening? 🌿
I am excited to share Building Communities of Care, a journey designed specifically for those who would like to reconnect with themselves and their communities. Together, we will empower one another through active listening, presence, and powerful questions. This is not a “one and done” type of experience. It begins with two foundational sessions and it is designed to establish a peer coaching practice for mutual support and growth. We are building a community of care and support where participants can continue to practice and uplift each other long after our initial workshops.
The Journey
Part I: The Heart of Listening: June 7th, 14:00-17:15
We often listen just to respond. Here, we lay that burden down. We explore the art of being fully present—creating a space so safe that others feel truly seen without the pressure of being “corrected.”
You will learn:
🌱 What deep listening is and what it is not
🌱 How to look beyond the story and allow for the feelings and needs to emerge
🌱 How to be truly present and hold space for yourself and for the other person, and
🌱 How to give an empathetic reflection without judgment and without attachment to being right
After the workshop you can join our online Community of Care, where we continue to practice these skills in a safe space and to support each other.
⭕ Maximum 8 participants for Part I. To ensure we create a truly safe, intimate space where every voice is heard and every story is held with care, I am keeping this first cohort small. This allows us to dive deeper into our practice and build genuine trust within the group.

Building on the connection we established through active listening and empathetic reflection in Part I, we move into the power of inquiry. You’ll learn to ask the kind of curious, open-ended questions that spark clarity and empower others to find their own next steps.
Note: Completion of Part I is required to attend Part II.
