The heart is universally revered as our source of lasting joy and peace. According to the ancient traditions, the heart is the seat of the eternal––our highest self––yet, unless we approach the heart systematically much of its light remains hidden.

In this class, we explore the practices (and the contemplative steps) that unlock the heart’s sublime potential. You will be led into two practices: a contemplation and a meditation with some basic pranayama (breath practices) to unveil the extraordinary gifts of an awakened heart. Some lecture will set the context for our practices and how to apply them long after the class. Open to all levels.
