The Healthcare Club has partnered up with the incredible 1REBEL for us the try the incredible Reshape Class.
The 1REBEL Reshape Class is their most renowned workout and allow you to go into full on sweat mode as you continually switch between the treadmill and the Rebel box, which comes complete with a full set of dumbbells.
But don't worry if all this is new to you, this class is adapted for all levels, from beginner to advanced!
The Healthcare Club is here to support the health of healthcare workers and allow us to try fun fitness classes which we may not have the time for normally!
