The Health Workshop Sound Bath [7pm - 8.30pm].

A Sound Bath is a vibrational healing experience designed to calm the mind and soothe the soul. It offers deep relaxation, rejuvenation, and an inward journey like no other. Time feels suspended as you immerse yourself in a world of vibrations and sensations. Physical injuries may heal, and emotional traumas can be released, often bringing resolution to emotional struggles.
This practice allows you to explore a deeper level of consciousness. The healing vibrations help align and repair physical and emotional states, bringing natural calmness and creating space for insights and thoughts. You may feel vibrantly alive, and after your first Sound Bath, you’ll likely crave more.
Sound Therapy not only promotes relaxation but can also help release energy blockages in the body. It has been shown to ease stress, anxiety, high blood pressure, depression, sleep disorders, MS, pain, and autism. The vibrations release stress, bringing deep relaxation and a sense of harmony and joy.
Everything on Earth is made of sound vibrations, and each person is believed to have their own unique vibrational footprint. A Sound Bath aims to relax your body and mind as sound waves wash over you. Most instruments are played from one spot, though occasionally they may be moved around the room or played directly over your body.
Wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring a mat, blanket, and cushion to stay warm and cozy. Some mats may be available for use. Most participants lie down during a Sound Bath, while others prefer sitting in a chair. No prior experience, effort, or practice is needed. Everyone is welcome to join.
