Welcome to the Autumn Healing SanctuaryThese sessions are designed to allow you to escape the every day whilst being immersed in a half day of self care and healing.
Here is a little sneak peak into what you can expect:
We will start the morning with a deep meditation to help you relax and bring your focus inwards. Followed by our guest speaker, Tammy Griffiths Palmer - one of Wales’s most renowned Mediums. After a short break to refuel with tea and cake, you will then enjoy a deep sound healing experience which will heal and restore you mind, body and spirit.
