This is more than writing — it’s an opportunity to slow down, process, and reconnect with yourself.
During this workshop, you will learn:
- How journaling supports mental and emotional health
- The science behind expressive writing
- Simple techniques to reduce stress and anxiety
- Structured methods for processing emotions
- How to begin (or restart) a consistent journaling practice
Participants will engage in guided writing exercises designed to help release stress, clarify emotions, and build self-awareness. Sharing is always optional. No writing experience is required.
You’ll leave with practical prompts, a structured workbook, and tools you can begin using immediately.
Whether you are new to journaling or returning after a long break, this workshop offers a grounding, therapeutic experience to support your growth.
