There will be plenty of time for movement, chatting, or brain breaks if you need some quiet time.
Panel:
The panel will explore rebirth, releasing shame, overcoming fear, and breaking cycles with people who have been there.
There will be a brief Q&A after to answer the questions you have on your heart.
Workshops:

This workshop includes a guided visualization, journaling, and a wisdom talk. Jesenia and Alisha of Medicine Women's Co. will help you lay outdated versions of yourself to rest to clear the way for a newer, truer you to emerge.
Human Design with Sable Danielle
Explore human design and ancestral lineage with Sable as your guide. Learn your unique energetic anatomy and how to make the most out of your natural abilities. Use the wisdom of human design to blaze new trails. This workshop provides a general introduction and highlights breaking cycles and parenting.
