About this Event

This is a 6-week series where teens will delve into each of their senses through the medium of the healing arts. Sumita Vasudeva, Founder of Omni Wellness, has curated these educational and healing sensory immersions. In the past 25 years, she has taught about how the ancient lifestyle science of Ayurveda reveals the knowledge of life during each season. These events are designed to showcase and share this wisdom. Sumita's knowledge, experience, and expertise as a Sivananda Yoga Teacher, Clinical Ayurvedic Specialist, Stanford Health 4 All Fellow, and her recent work as a teacher/ mentor for neurodivergent teens have informed the content for this offering.
