The Hairy Friendly and Xmassy Backyard Runto support Movember

Come join us for a fun and festive event at 2045 Av. Bennett! Get ready to run at your own pace and show off your hairy spirit while supporting a great cause.

Whether you're a seasoned runner or just looking to shake your legs after a good Christmas dinner (or prior to yet another family dinner) this event is perfect for everyone. Let's spread some holiday cheer and raise awareness for Movember together.

Principle:

To participate, make a donation of your choice to my Movember event and show up between 6am and 2pm.

The run

We leave from my house every hour.

We run a 6km loop and come back to refuel with warm homemade onion-soup and other delicacies (or other beverages of your choice)(and pee if you need).

You can also bring left overs from the previous night.

Number of loops: 7 if we want to make it a marathon or more if we want to reach 60km for the 60 men who take their lives every hour in the world.
BUT, there is absolutely no pressure.
The idea is to offer a run for everyone.

(more or less according to your wish, as long as you listen to your body and your mind; and it’s Christmas, give yourself the gift of really stopping when you feel like it).
