This is simply our way of gauging interest and numbers of players. Once that has been established we will invite those to sign up for the league proper!Ticket price will depend on the size of the league, but will be a good deal regardless considering table time and prizes on offer.
Dates TBC, please register your interest via the website. Once we have an idea of numbers we will create the league/leagues in the fairest possible way, taking into consideration teams, player experience etc.
We will be using the 'Death Pitch' app to keep track of scoring etc, please download and familiarise yourselves with it.
A Channel will be set up on the stores Discord for players to set up games, in addition, if everyone is willing, we will create a whatsapp group for the same purpose.
**Scoring System:**
- Win: 3 points
- Draw: 1 point
- Loss: 0 points
**Additional Points:**
- 3 casualties: 1 point
- 3 touchdowns: 1 point
- 0 touchdowns: 1 point
**League Details:**
- Starting budget: 1 million
- The league will be run on Death Pitch.
**Match Format:**
- Each player will play against every other player once in a season.
- In a single division, the top 4 players (positions 1-4) will qualify for the playoffs.
- In a multi-division setup (2 divisions), only the top 2 players (positions 1-2) from each division will qualify.
**Playoff Structure:**
- In a single-division playoff:
- 1st place will play against 4th place.
- 2nd place will play against 3rd place.
- The winners of these matches will face each other in the finals.
- In a multi-division playoff:
- The 1st place from each division will play the 2nd place from the opposite division.
- The winners of these matches will compete for the Super Blood Bowl Cup.
**Prizes:**
- The winner of the Super Bowl will receive a team of their choice.
- 2nd and 3rd places will win vouchers for Hail Mary.
- Additional prizes (to be confirmed) will be awarded for the most casualties, touchdowns, and completed passes. These will be selected from Hail Mary Café.
**Match Scheduling:**
- Players are required to play their matches within a given timeframe to accommodate everyone’s busy work and gaming schedules. Game rounds will run for two weeks. If you would like to play with more players playing bloodbowl we highly recommend attending Hail Mary on Sundays from 2 to 5.
- Players must record the match results, including touchdowns, casualties, and passes. These results should be submitted after the match either directly to the league master (John, Matt, or James) or recorded directly on Death Pitch.
