?Finally here we are approaching the summer of “2024” The warm weather, The sun hitting my skin, dancing as the wind blows through the strands of my hair and the sound of drums take me back to the unforgettable and magical memories we create every single year at? “The Hafla in The Park” ?
Come experience a little taste of the Middle East in DC! A enchanting showcase of Middle Eastern dance performances by the talented dance artist of the DMV! ?
Hafla in Arabic means to gather, celebrate, party! So let’s do just that my friends!
We welcome you to come connect, become inspired, dance and have a beautiful time with us under the sun at Malcolm X park!
?If you are returning welcome back and thank you for your love if it is your very first time, I warmly welcome you to a show you can’t and will not forget! ?

☀️After the show there will be open dancing which is open to everyone!

- Come up the steps all the way to the top and you will see us sitting underneath a beautiful canopy right across from the Joan of Ark statue.
?️The parking is not the best here but sometimes there are spots available along 15th st and 16th st. The park is metro accessible Ⓜ️
➡️if you are not able to walk up stairs to get to the event, you can reach the upper level of the park by entering the park on the 15th st side.➡️
☀️feel free to bring snacks, beverages, blankets or a small chair, there are seats available along the wall in the park but may fill up quick ☀️
