About this Event
The Playhouse Collective is back with our next musical! We're so excited to take the stage again after a sold out production of Ride The Cyclone in 2023. This year, The Playhouse Collective will be producing Toronto's StarKid debut, bringing The Guy Who Didn't Like Musicals to The Assembly Theatre from May 22nd-26th. We're thrilled to share this spooky, campy, internet cult classic with Toronto!
*Please note that this show deals with themes of violence, grief, mild gore and the use of prop firearms.

The Playhouse Collective is a place for artists to explore and develop their artistry. We are a company of recent theatre grads who focus on creating spaces that centre women and non-binary folks at the core of the company. Our hope is that the Playhouse can be a soft place to land for emerging artists in the Toronto theatre industry, a place to find a community that they can always call home.
