Trying on a new name, but same fun movement class! Add in some upbeat energetic music, some suggested cardio dance moves and some yoga stretches and let's have some fun! This is a cardio dance/movement class. I will guide you with a couple of movement suggestions during each song with the option to interpret the movement how ever you would like to in your body or let it go and flow on your own in an intuitive movement that inspires you. Movement can be done seated in a chair (please let me know if you would like the chair option so I can have it available for you), standing with feet planted moving arms and body or moving around in the room in different pathways. Expect upbeat music and energized fun accessible movement. Absolutely no dance experience needed. This class is meant to drop you into your physical body and learn to trust it again. Just bring your love of having fun, moving your body and a judge free open mind. The first 45 minutes will be focused on getting our heart rates up and the last 10 minutes will be some slower stretches and we will end with an integrative savasana either seated or laying down.Class is $15 or class card can be used. Registration is required. Class is limited to 8.
