Central Ohio Based Band The Groove Brothers Band is celebrating 12+ years & 375+ shows and winners of the 2022 QFM96 House Band Contest! Playing Some of the Areas Best & Most ICONIC 60's & 70's Classic Rock, Rhythm and Blues, Funk and Soul Music! Playing Music That Will Make You "Shake Your Body Like Your Back Ain't Got No Bones"!! The Groove is a High energy, 8 piece band (including an Amazing rhythm section, 2 Guitarists, Full Horn Section, Hammond B3 Organ/Piano player & an Amazing Vocalist!) Featured in our 8 piece band...Matt Goble on Lead Vocals & Guitar, Jeremy Ormeroid on Guitar & Vocals, Max Prime on Bass & Vocals, Matt"Jebus"Stuber on Saxophone & Vocals, Howard Everitt on Trumpet, Ted Basinger on Trombone, Keith Blair on Hammond B3 Organ/Piano and Doug Bryant on Drums.
The Groove released their debut album, "New Day" on July 11th, 2023 recorded with Joe Viers at Sonic Lounge Studios. Our 1st single "Mystified By You" released in December 2022, the 2nd single "New Day" released January 31st 2023, our 3rd single "Keep On Keepin On released on March 21st, 2023 and our 4th single "What It's All About" released on May 9th, 2023. Available on all streaming and download platforms and now receiving more that 20K streams in 4 months in 40+ countries around the globe! Their 1st 4 singles all debuted and were featured on the QFM96 weekly show Archie's Homegrown Thursday's.
