We will only be offering ONE Greenhouse Sound Bath this Spring! Join us on June 13th for an evening of deep relaxation at The Greenhouse Sound Bath at The Saskatoon Farm.

Upon arrival of the farm you will find yourself on a beautiful old fashioned main street abundant with plants, windmills, and totem poles. As you enter the Greenhouse you will be greeted by the soothing tone of a live harpist. Lay your mat and make your space comfortable. Once you are settled in, come up to the bar for snacks and refreshments!

We will be serving our Sound Bath Tea a blend of nervine herbs that support your nervous system, inducing relaxation and promoting meditation. Choose from your choice of a muffin provided by Brittany of Blissful Womb Care

With your tea in hand and treat in tummy stop by the Aura Spray Station and cleanse your aura with a liquid smudge. Crafted with essential oils, herbal extracts and charged with high frequency therapeutic tibetan bowls, made in house and graciously sponsored by Joy and Vitality Centre.

Set your intention for the evening at our Flower Essence Bar hosted by Bare Energetics. Flower essences are natural remedies made from the vibrational energy of flowers, designed to support emotional healing and personal growth. By harnessing their gentle power, you can address specific feelings, enhance your well-being, and foster a deeper connection to yourself.

We welcome you to experience the serenity of the farm as the sun descends by visiting the cliffs edge, stopping by our mini marketplace of local vendors, say hi to the tortoises or by simply lounging in the botanical haven that is the Greenhouse.

At 7:20pm, we will reconnect back in the Greenhouse to begin our Multi-Healer Sound Bath featuring Crystal Singing Bowls, Gongs, Ocean Drums, Singing Pyramid, Merkabah and more.

Sound healing operates on the principle of brain entrainment, where the brain synchronizes its own electrical impulses to the rhythm of the sound frequencies being played. This synchronization can induce a state of deep relaxation, helping to reduce stress, anxiety, and promote overall well-being. As you relax into the experience, you may notice a sense of calm washing over you, tensions melting away, and your mind entering a meditative state.

As our city faces increasing need, your donations will play a crucial role in providing necessities to children and families in need.
