Cultivating connection. Strengthening resilience. Honoring the families behind the mission.
About this Event
The Green Thread
The Green Thread was created exclusively for spouses of Green Beret service members — women who live the quiet strength behind the mission and understand the unique rhythm of Special Forces life.
This morning session is a community experience designed to nurture connection, identity, and emotional resilience. It is not another obligation — it is a space to exhale. A space to be seen. A space to grow alongside women who truly understand.
Participation is flexible. You are welcome to attend the sessions that feel supportive to you, without pressure to commit to every gathering. Each month stands on its own while also contributing to the deeper thread of community we are weaving together.
What Our Time Together Looks Like
We gather once a month for guided reflection, storytelling, and meaningful discussion centered on growth, balance, and navigating the demands of SF life with intention.
Through facilitated conversation and shared practice, we create room for honest dialogue — the kind that strengthens identity, builds confidence, and reminds us we are not alone in this journey.
- Light refreshments and all materials are thoughtfully provided.
At the end of each quarter, both the morning and evening sessions come together for a capstone experience — a hands-on gathering designed to bring the themes of the season to life. These events are open to those who have attended at least one session during that quarter, ensuring a shared foundation that allows us to move from conversation into lived practice.
Through This Experience, You Will
• Reflect on your personal values within the context of SF life
• Strengthen your sense of identity and confidence through storytelling
• Build practical tools for emotional resilience and well-being
• Form authentic, lasting connections with women who share this calling
What to Expect
• Monthly gatherings led by a trained facilitator and occasional guest voices
• Two sessions options (morning or evening) for flexibility
• Quarterly capstone experiences for deeper connection
• Intentionally small group size to foster trust and authenticity
• Light refreshments and all materials provided
The Green Thread Morning Meetings meet on the third Thursday of each month, beginning in March 2026:

To preserve the integrity and depth of the experience, we encourage consistent attendance within your selected cohort and participation in the quarterly capstone gatherings. Space is intentionally limited to maintain meaningful conversation.
Childcare is not available, and children may not attend. Thank you for helping us protect a distraction-free environment for all participants.
If you feel led to join us, please reserve your spot through Eventbrite so we can prepare thoughtfully — from seating and supplies to the coffee and small touches that make these mornings special.
Looking Ahead
The Green Thread is growing!
In addition to the Morning sessions launching in March 2026, Evening sessions will follow to serve spouses whose schedules call for a different rhythm. Our desire is to make this space accessible while preserving the intimacy and depth that make it meaningful.
Details regarding evening meeting times and locations will be shared once the final venue is established. As soon as that space is secured, registration information and dates will be released.
We are building this thoughtfully — with care, intention, and respect for the women who will gather in it.
If the Morning session does not fit your current season, we invite you to stay connected for upcoming evening opportunities.
