The Great Summer Seafood Night with Tony ElvinThursday 1st August
There’s a whole world of unknown under the sea. One thing we do know for sure is that there are some wines that pair beautifully with seafood.
So in honour of World Albariño Day (any excuse really!), Paula has devised
the perfect 5 course seafood menu while the wonderful Tony Elvin has paired some delicious wines to compliment each dish.
Tony being the wine expert that he is, will be bringing you everything from Albariño (of course!), fizz, Rosé and even the odd Red (yes, you read that correctly).
Paula on the other hand will be creating dishes with all things seafood. You can expect anything from anchoiade, ceviche, crab and even the odd cheek or two!
Tickets are £85 per person, to include drink on arrival and accompanying wines.
