The Pamir have been known as “Bami Dunya”, the roof of the world, route of the traders and pilgrims. The area is completly isolated from the rest of the world, where each village speaks its own dialect and languages and every one has its own traditions. In this journey we discover the ancient land, once explored by Marco Polo, visit ancient forts, Zoraastrian shrines assimilating with Islam & Bhuddism which will brings us to the days of the Silk Roads.But that’s just the start! We will drive along the border of Afghanistan side of Panj river and explore its rich in untouched nature areas, see the ancient villages and buy burkas at the market. We will ride yaks and spend nights with local families to observe their daily life. Area is safe, well isolated from troubles on the other side of the mountains.

Day 0 / FRIDAY EVENING
Meeting at 8.30pm and evening flight to Dushanbe. Immigration clearance, transfer to the Hotel.
Day 1
Breakfast & start driving to Khorog, stopovers at Nurek Lake, Kulob, overnight in guesthouse.
Day 2
Drive towards Waqan Corridor, along Afghan border. Amazing landscapes and villages on the way. Visit Khorog city, dinner in Serena restaurant at the shores of the river. Overnight in Khorog.
Day 3
We ll take southbound road from Khorog with short detour to Garmchasha hotspring. Drive to Waka, legendary settlement with its history. Visit fortress, temples and nearby hotspring.
Nxt we head to Hindukush range confluence of northern Pakistan. Here you can take a photo with 3 countries in 1 picture. Overnight in Yamaha village
Day 4
Today we head to Yamchun. Drive along Wakhan, stop at Vrang buddha temple & drive further towards Eastern Pamir. Here the road gets truly fantastic. Among many possibilities we will surely meet on our way Afghan Nomads caravan. Drive via Khargush pass 4333m to Alichur village (mostly Kyrgyz & Pamirian people lives in that areas). Overnight in Yurta / guesthouse.
Day 5
We start the day with Yak riding. Lunch in Yurta & drive towards Gund valley, pass via Kutezak pass 4270m, further on to Jelondi hotspring, stop over for short relax there and continue to Khorog. Overnight in hotel.
DAY 6
Khorog- Khalaikumb or optional domestic flight depending on availability, PCR in Khorog or Dushanbe.
DAY 7
Sightseeing Dushanbe or continue drive from Khalaikumb.
DAY 8 / SATURDAY MORNING
Morning flight back to Dubai. Landing in T2 at 07AM.
Accommodation & meals: hotels, lodges and local houses - double sharing. Meals in guesthouses included, restaurant meals excluded. Bring your fav snacks.
Cost: AED 7650 all-inclusive international flights.

Requirement: trekking shoes – no shoes no hike! daypack, hat, sunscreen, sunglasses, sports electrolytes, power banks, towel, warm clothes, rain protection, head lamp, sleeping bag if you're hygiene sensitive.
