The Great Catsby Gala

The 1st Annual Gala will take place at the Great Wolf Lodge in Manteca, featuring a Roaring '20s black-tie costume theme.
Cocktail Hour: 6 PM - 7 PM (No Host Bar)
Hors D'Oeuvres will be served during the cocktail hour

Meal Choices: (All dinners include rolls, whipped butter, iced tea, coffee, wedge salad with Applewood bacon, croutons, heirloom cherry tomatoes, Gorgonzola, Ranch dressing, and double chocolate cake for dessert.)

Guests can choose one of the following entrees:

1. Pan Seared Herb Chicken Breast:

• Mushrooms and Roasted Vegetables
• Quinoa Pilaf
• Broccolini
• Pinot Noir Peppercorn Sauce

Herb Roasted New York Steak:

• Chive Crème Fraiche Whipped Potatoes
• Seasonal Vegetables
• Peppercorn Cream Sauce

Vegetarian Option:

• Chef's special creation based on seasonal and available options
