Join Nine PBS on the Public Media Commons for a sneak peek of an episode of The Great American Recipe, featuring St. Louis's own, Adjo Honsou! Bring a friend and enjoy a variety of West African foods from Honsou's food truck while watching her compete in season 3 of the show.
A cash bar will be available. Please bring a chair, as this is an outdoor event.
About Adjo Honsou
Originally from Togo, West Africa, Adjo Honsou combines her heritage with her passion for food. She immigrated to the United States at the age of 14 and was introduced to the art of cooking traditional West African dishes by her grandmother, Adjo's culinary skills flourished. Founded in May 2022, Adjo's food truck, FUFU n’ Sauce, offers authentic African meals including Fufu with a variety of stews. Their stews include Egusi, Palm Nut Stew, Fish Stew, Goat Pepper Soup, Oxtail Stew and more.
