About this Event
The Grave Plot Film Fest claws its way back from the soil for its 8th annual resurrection. Once again, we’re haunting Seattle’s Central Cinema with four hours of short-form horror from filmmakers around the world—stories pulled from basements, back alleys, nightmares, and the part of your brain that politely asks to be left alone. Join us Saturday, February 7th, 2026, for a carefully curated descent into films that are just… a little dead inside. Expect strange visions, uncomfortable laughs, and the kind of creative choices that make you whisper, “They really went there,” in the dark.
The Grave Plot Film Fest is a collection of short horror films, all 15 minutes or less, from all around the world. The event was started in 2019 by the hosts of The Grave Plot Podcast to showcase some of the weirdest, wildest, and wackiest horror content out there. The goal is to shine a light on independent filmmakers who are grinding away to tell frightening, thought-provoking, or gloriously bizarre stories. Grave Plot exists to help cultivate the next generation of horror—supporting creators with a genuine love for the genre, a sharp eye for filmmaking, and absolutely no interest in playing it safe.
