. Summer's Best Gazpacho- with yellow and red tomatoes, sherry vinegar
· Warm Garlic Potato Bread- baked fresh from the oven
. Patatas Bravas- great as tapas or side dish with grilled food
· The Grand Paella- catch-of-the-day fish, mussels, clams, chicken, chorizo with the saffron infused rice and vegetables served with Lemon-Garlic Alioli
· Salad with Sherry-Shallot Vinaigrette- aged sherry vinegar from Jerez
· Basque “Burnt” Cheesecake- on trend now in restaurants, easy and so delicious
$109+ gst per person (please purchase one ticket per attendees)

Want to save the Eventbrite fee? You can register in person and over the phone directly with the store (604) 939-6200. Payment is required when you register - visa, MasterCard, gift certificates are accepted over the phone, cash and debit in person.
We have a 72 hours cancelation policy. If you need to cancel but have not given 72 hours notice, no refund, transfer to another class or credit will be issued, but you can send somebody in your place.
In the event that not enough participants are registered, we would have to cancel the class. We will notify registered participants at least 48 hrs prior and issue a full refund.
Please inquire prior to booking if there are any food concern. Menu modifications can not be provided during the event.
