Our Spring Concert last year was such an enjoyable occasion for audience and performers alike, that we’ve decided to have another one. Be sure to come along to theMount Albert Grammar School Hall on Thursday 26 September for a 7.30 start.
Admission is by programme at the door – eftpos will be available.
We’ve a great programme to entertain and enthral: a range of choral pieces presented by the choir including the monumental Salvation is Created by that Russian great – Tschesnokoff, a couple of gems from the German Romantic, an exhilarating Canticum from Swiss composer Antognini and lighter material with wide appeal. Chris Artley will also conduct one of his own pieces! Our special guest choir is The Centennial Choir of Mount Albert Grammar conducted by Terence Maskell. This male-voice ensemble and winners of a Gold Award at the recent National Finale of The Big Sing in Wellington will perform alone and also together with the men of The Graduate Choir NZ.
