The Goodsyard Run Club: Beginner Run

Do you want to start running in the new year… but without pressure, intimidation, or feeling like you have to be “fit” already?

On Sunday 11th January, join us for a special Run Club session designed especially for complete beginners and anyone wanting a fresh start in 2026.

We’ll begin at with a relaxed chat with Hannah from about your running resolutions, answering questions and calming any nerves.

Then we’ll head out for a gentle run-walk, suitable for absolute beginners. If you can walk, you can do this.

No pressure. No pace expectations. Just support, encouragement, and good vibes.

We’ll finish at for a well-earned drink, with 20% off your post-run coffee as a little reward ☕️
