Join us for a night of femme-forward folk music featuring Montreal's own Good Time Gals and Hestiaa. Tuesday, May 26 at Casa del Popolo. Doors at 8:30, show at 9. Tickets are $15 pre-sale and $20 at the door (cash and cards accepted).The Good Time Gals is an old-time Appalachian stringband that brings high-powered fiddle tunes, classic folk and country songs, plus a few original tunes. With Linnea Jimison on fiddle, Dara Weiss on guitar, Kaitlyn Urquhart on banjo and Lina Halimi on upright bass.
Hestiaa is a Celtic duo featuring Rachel Campbell on fiddle and harp and Brenna Logan on guitar.
