The Good Practice Community - Coffee Morning is an opportunity to discuss good employment practice with likeminded people-managers.

There will be informal roundtables discussions* to facilitate peer to peer learning, where attendees can ask each other questions on practice and their approach to common challenges. The roundtable discussion topics will be:

  • Supporting Learning and Development
  • Initiatives to Attract and Retain Talent
  • Wellbeing Support Across an Organisation

We will be announcing our roundtable co-chairs in due course.

Who is this event for?

This event is aimed at HR professionals, people managers and those who can affect change within organisations. This event is exclusive to employees working at organisations who are Supporters or Members of the Good Employment Charter. You can find a full list of these organisation on our website under the 'About' drop down tab.


*The roundtable discussions are informal and are not intended to be any kind of substitute or replacement for an organisation seeking formal HR or legal/employment law advice from a qualified professional.
