Together, we’ll do gentle somatic movements, vocal expressions, and physical activations in preparation of opening our energetic bodies.
Then, we all get comfortable on our mat. You may lay down or sit in meditation, whichever is preferred. The soothing Sound Healing Journey that follows paves the way to amplify your intentions and dispel any energy barriers that may hinder a profound Kundalini activation. Feel free to bring a personal blanket or your favorite crystals.
The start of the subsequent Kundalini Activation happens laying down as well, accompanied by a phenomenal playlist that’s crafted to guide us on a profound journey. The Gift of Kundalini uses amazing playlists that contain music from all over the world, creating the perfect setting for our mind & body to resonate.
Kundalini Activation vs Kundalini Awakening
The Kundalini Activation is not the same as a Kundalini Awakening. Kundalini Activation is energywork that involves working with Kundalini Energy. Kundalini Awakening is what happens after meticulous personal and spiritual development or a coccyx accident.
During the Kundalini Activation, we play with Kundalini energy, and support the flow of life force energy. The only relation it has with Kundalini Awakenings is that 1) it can be beneficial to people who suffer from Kundalini Awakening complications (because of blockages in Ida and/or Pingala Nadis) or 2) prepare and support our journey of personal evolution, possibly leading us to
