The Gentle Reset: A 3-Part Wellness Workshop SeriesTake a mindful pause this summer with The Gentle Reset, a curated wellness experience designed to restore your body, mind, and spirit through creativity, movement, and intentional care. Each session invites you to reset with a gentle touch.

Part 1: The Wellness Room-Friday, July 18 @ 7PM | The Bakery Co-Work

Ease into the season with a self-care lab. Make your own essential oil–infused body butter, herb-infused bath salts, and aromatherapy room sprays. All materials included.

Part 2: Bloom & Be-Friday, August 22 @ 7PM | The Bakery Co-Work

A mental health–infused floral experience. Learn the emotional language of color and let your bouquet tell your story in a healing floral arrangement session.

Part 3: Stretch & Soul-Sunday, September 14 @ 12:30–2PM | The Halidom Eatery

Wear all pink athleisure and join us for a soul-nourishing experience. A special guest and I will guide you through a gentle yoga + stretch session followed by grounding guided meditation.
